Hours of Operation

Kinnard Heating and Cooling is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet all your needs. An answering service takes calls after hours and phone calls are returned promptly. Office hours are from 7:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.

Rates

Kinnard Heating and Cooling does not charge an hourly rate for their services.   All service work is done on a repair by repair basis.   We will come out to your home, diagnose your problem, and inform you of the necessary repair and cost.  There are no hidden charges and when the repair is just one of those difficult situations, you won’t get that surprise bill for hundreds over the initial cost due to extensive labor hours.  We at Kinnard Heating believe the investment risk should be in our hands and not the customer’s .  So whether we are training a younger employee, have difficulty changing the part, or are just plain slow, you as the customer will pay the same for the repair.That is our guarantee.
